Brand New Stay LLC (“we,” “us” or “our”) is committed to protecting your Personal Information as defined below that you share with us on this website, www.brandnewstay.com, including any survey responses, and in other Brand New Stay sponsored events and activities, such as, follow-up survey emails, calls and meetings. We protect Personal Information in accordance with our Brand New Stay Privacy Policy which we may update from time to time as described below. If you access our website and provide us your Personal Information, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, then do not access our web site and do not provide us your Personal Information.

Personal Information Defined
Your personal information is your contact information, such as, your name, company, email address, mailing address, phone numbers, and other personally identifiable information as noted below (“Personal Information”), so that we can contact and work with you to determine how our services may help you and your business. Note this is a business to business service and this web site is not meant to be used by persons under the age of 13 and we do not intend to collect any Personal Information from persons under the age of 13.

The Personal Information we collect is not shared with or sold to other organizations for commercial purposes, except to provide products or services you have requested, to provide you with news and information about our products, services and events, to improve our website as provided for below, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

As of the date above, we use Acies Communications, www.acies.com, as our website hosting service provider; and Wufoo, www.wufoo.com, for our online survey forms. We use other third party service providers as well. We are not responsible for third party service providers, but will enforce any rights that we have on your behalf.

Accessing, Updating and Deleting your Personal Information
You may ask us to confirm the Personal Information that we have of you and update it or request that we delete it. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to timely delete your Personal Information in our possession, subject to any legal requirements to maintain a record of it.
